MJF 's understanding of 'good governance' refers to how power is exercised in managing the resources of the country. It refers to the relationship between the state institutions and its processes between the individual citizens, civil society and private sector.
MJF 's understanding of 'human rights' refers to legally enshrined claims set out in national and international documents that citizens can make on the government. It refers to the universal, indivisible and interdependent nature of rights and obligations of duty bearers to deliver those rights to the duty holders. |
